Returns Exchanges and Refunds Policy
We offer a 7-Day Trial Policy. If more than 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we will unfortunately be unable to offer a return, exchange, or refund.

Orders Delivered Within India
- Returns and exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
- Reverse pickup is available for eligible orders.
- Approved exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Refunds are only applicable if the wrong product is delivered or if the product is received damaged, subject to verification.
International Orders
- International returns are not available.
- Style exchanges are not available for international orders.
- Only size exchanges are available, subject to stock availability.
- The cost of carrying out the international size exchange must be borne by the customer.
- Exchange charges must be paid before the replacement pair is dispatched.
- Refunds are only applicable if the wrong product is delivered or if the product is received damaged, subject to verification through a valid unboxing video.
- Import duties, taxes, customs charges, and carrier handling fees are non-refundable.

Please note that approved size exchanges are subject to stock availability. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or local charges arising during the exchange process must also be borne by the customer.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:
- Be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
- Be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
- Be submitted for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Please note that approved exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of processing.
Non-Eligible Return, Exchange & Refund Requests
A return, exchange, or refund request may be declined if:
- The request is raised more than 7 days after delivery.
- The product has been worn, used, washed, damaged, or altered.
- The product is returned without its original packaging.
- The returned item fails our quality inspection.
- A damaged, defective, or incorrect item claim is raised without a valid unboxing video.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable in cases where Comet has delivered the wrong product or where the product is received in a damaged condition.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect product claims, a complete unboxing video is mandatory. The video must begin before the package is opened and must clearly show the shipping label and AWB number at the start of the video.
Refunds will be processed only after the claim has been reviewed and approved by our team.
Refund Processing
For approved refund cases, eligible refunds are typically processed within 48 hours after the returned item has been picked up from your address or after the claim has been approved, as applicable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged product, defective product, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
To help us investigate and resolve the issue quickly, please share:
- A complete unboxing video starting before the package is opened.
- The shipping label and AWB number clearly visible at the beginning of the video.
- Clear photos showing the issue, where applicable.
Important: For claims relating to damaged, defective, or incorrect products, the unboxing video must begin before the package is opened and clearly show the shipping label and AWB number.
Vault Drops & Limited-Edition Releases
Products listed on The Vault, including past drops, collaborations, and limited-edition releases, may follow different refund terms.
For these products, refunds may be issued in the form of a Comet Gift Card instead of a payment reversal.
If a product has specific return, exchange, or refund terms mentioned on the product page, drop page, or at checkout, those terms will apply to that order.
